Armed with a Master's degree in law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law, and certificates in Business Rescue and Debt Counselling, Schalk's commitment to continuous learning reflects his dedication to excellence in his craft. What began as a sideline passion for property investment blossomed into a thriving enterprise. Schalk's ventures span from purchasing, renovating, and flipping properties to strategic endeavours like acquiring apartment blocks, subdividing them into Sectional Title Units and venturing into residential home construction. His entrepreneurial spirit is further evidenced by his ownership of arguably the largest rental business in town, managing over 150 properties and counting.

 

Schalk's multifaceted expertise doesn't end there, as a full Status Estate agent, he has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious title of Top agent for units sold in South Africa for Keller Williams in a specific month.
