His entrepreneurial spirit is further evidenced by his ownership of arguably the largest rental business in town, managing over 150 properties and counting.

 

Schalk's multifaceted expertise doesn't end there, as a full Status Estate agent, he has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious title of Top agent for units sold in South Africa for Keller Williams in a specific month.

Over the years,she has managed over 300 properties, both industrial and residential.

 

Not only managingproperties but managing municipal accounts, payments to and from landlords and collectionsfrom tenants. Hester is the direct link between Rental Specialists and the community.

Natasha joined Rental Specialists in 2023. Her passion for client care is what drives her to give the best service possible.

 

With 10 years of experience in admin, she is the bridging gap between the landiord and the tenant and always negotiates a win-win situation for both.
