Schalk Boltman
Schalk Boltman is a seasoned attorney with 30 years’ experience of blending legal knowledge, business savvy, and a passion for helping others. Starting in litigation, he transitioned to focus on Commercial law, Business Rescue, and Debt Review, where he excels in applying his legal expertise.
Armed with a Master's degree in law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law, and certificates in Business Rescue and Debt Counselling, Schalk's commitment to continuous learning reflects his dedication to excellence in his craft. Beyond the courtroom, Schalk's true passion lies in uplifting others and instilling hope. He sees his life's purpose as improving lives by adding value wherever he can, every single day.
What began as a sideline passion for property investment blossomed into a thriving enterprise. Schalk's ventures span from purchasing, renovating, and flipping properties to strategic endeavours like acquiring apartment blocks, subdividing them into Sectional Title Units and venturing into residential home construction. His entrepreneurial spirit is further evidenced by his ownership of arguably the largest rental business in town, managing over 150 properties and counting.
Schalk's multifaceted expertise doesn't end there, as a full Status Estate agent, he has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious title of Top agent for units sold in South Africa for Keller Williams in a specific month.
This breadth of experience allows him to cater to clients across a wide spectrum, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to their unique needs. Above all, Schalk's guiding principle is unwavering: to always act in the best interest of his clients.

Tumishang Shirinde
Tumishang Shirinde is an admitted Attorney with a distinguished academic and practical background. She completed her Baccalaureus Legum (LLB) degree at the prestigious Nelson Mandela University, where she built a solid foundation in legal principles.
Ms Shirinde further honed her skills through Practical Legal Training at the Polokwane School for Legal Training and gained valuable experience in civil litigation during her Practical Vocational Training at the University of Venda Law Clinic.
Known for her friendly and warm personality, Ms Shirinde is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal services to clients at Boltman Incorporated Attorneys.
Caroline Ledwaba
Caroline has 6 years of experience working in the legal field.
Caroline has vast experience in the inner workings of the legal department, having executed a whole range of administrative duties such as preparing files, maintaining the filing system, preparing documents, attending to queries and communicating with clients.
Mary Olifant
Mary joined Boltman Incorporated Attorneys in July 2023. She is a vibrant and passionate team member, who has learned a lot since joining Boltman Inc.
Mary attends to court appearances, administrative work in our legal department and also does consultation with clients, she has done a lot to assist in our correspondent department, much to the satisfaction of our instructing attorneys.
